Hi I am Jen founder & owner of ESSE Connection. I am a placenta remedies specialist. Mum & step mum to 4 incredible boys.
My own pregnancy initially attracted me to placenta remedies as part of my postnatal journey, I knew sleep was going to be my biggest challenge & anything I could do to support my energy levels and support my hormones I wanted to know.
My chosen remedies played a big part in my recovery, even with some challenges in the first month where my little one had to have a stomach operation whilst I was still recovering from a c-section.
My interest in the benefits of placenta remedies grew as I could see what they did for me and sparked a real desire to support other women with their postnatal journey and onwards.
This was where ESSE connection was born.
Placenta remedies are made from your own placenta, for consumption after birth. The placenta can be processed in different ways – into smoothies, capsules, tinctures & homeopathic remedies. Each of these offers its own unique healing properties.
What women have told us is that it may help you to balance the hormones after birth, give you more energy in the early weeks, increase breast milk supply, reduce how long you bleed for after birth, reduce postpartum hair loss and increase iron supplies.

Did you know we can offer unique keepsakes especially for your memories boxes, with a placenta print and a cord keepsake. A cord keepsakes is part of all our packages, a placenta print is an optional extra, simply select this option on the booking form to add to your package.
1. If you would like to go ahead with a booking, please complete the booking form & I will send you the payment link.
2. Once received I will send you detailed instructions on how to care for your placenta until I collect it.
3. I will send you a chill pack, containing a cool bag, ice blocks, and a container & bags to store your placenta in.
4. When you go into labour, just let me know by text.
5. When the placenta is born send another text and I will come to collect it from our agreed location
6. I will then prepare your placenta remedies and get them back to you as soon as possible (depending on which remedies chosen time will vary, which we can discuss upon booking)
